  2. SYMPTOMS. There will be loss of hearing and severe ear pain and may include
  3. nausea, vomiting, dizziness and blood in the ear canal.
  4. CAUSES may be from attempting to clean the ears with sharp objects, a blow
  5. to the head or pus accumulation from a middle ear infection.
  6. TREATMENT. Medication for pain. Large perforation may require surgery.
